Jessica Houde-Morris

Jessica Houde-Morris is the founder and head instructor of Houde School of Acting. She has been training and developing actors since 2004. Her students have appeared in Television Shows (The Haunting of Hill House, The Vampire Diaries, General Hospital, Blue Bloods, Criminal Minds and more), Feature Films (Insatiable, Tag, Bad Moms, Minute Man, Cherry, Snatched, My Blind Brother, Diary of a Wimpy Kid, Black Widow) and Commercials (Nike, Mcdonalds, Honda, Subway and Intel).

Prior to opening Houde School of Acting in 2005, Jessica spent six years studying at the prestigious Playhouse West in Los Angeles. She later became an instructor and taught alongside Robert Carnegie, who studied directly under Sanford Meisner himself. In addition, Jessica has experience working alongside Jeff Goldblum, James Franco, Shawnee Smith, Scott Caan as well as many others.


Kellen Boyle

Kellen Boyle currently teaches our online Business of Acting classes.

He studied acting at Marietta College and the Houde School of Acting. After graduating with a degree in Broadcasting, he became a TV News Reporter for WVNS-TV in Beckley, West Virginia. He then moved and began to pursue acting professionally. He is known for his work as Jacob Yoder in "Love Finds You in Charm" which premiered on UPTV in June of 2015, as well as his work on independent films such as "My Blind Brother" "Tiger" and "Johnny Foosball".


Diana Frankhauser

Diana currently teaches online and in-person Meisner classes, as well as our online Youth classes.

She has been working professionally in the Cleveland local film and theatre market for the past three years after completing her BFA in Acting from Wright State University. She has studied at Houde School Of Acting since 2016 and still attends Meisner classes regularly. She has toured with The Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey’s Next Stage Ensemble production of Twelfth Night and worked at several theaters in the area including Ohio Shakespeare Festival, none too fragile, and Ensemble Theater of Cleveland. Her film resume has grown to include dozens of commercials, industrials, short films, and feature films.


Kurt Yue

Kurt Yue is a guest teacher at at Houde School.

He studied under Jessica Houde-Morris at Houde School Of Acting for 9 years before moving to Atlanta and acheiving a full-time acting career. Kurt has been living and working as an actor in Atlanta since 2016 and has built a very impressive resume along the way, including over 50 IMDb credits. Kurt has landed several great roles in Tag, Bad Moms, Diary Of A Wimpy Kid, Venom, Greenland, Black Widow and more. Kurt also has a very popular YouTube channel called Acting Career Center, where his goal is to share everything he has learned to help actors start their acting career.


Robert Pralgo

Robert currently teaches the online Script Analysis/Self Tape Coaching class at Houde School.

Robert grew up in The Bronx, New York, USA. He graduated from the University of Georgia with a BA in Television and Film Production. He has been an actor for 35 years and is known for Furious 7 (2015), The Joneses (2009) and Avengers: Endgame (2019).


 
 

Heather Ashley

Heather teaches online Meisner Technique class. 

Heather got her start in the acting world with commercial and industrial work. This experience ignited her curiosity and led her to pursue training for film and TV. She has since added feature and short films to her growing resume, training extensively in the Meisner Technique with Jessica Houde Morris.


 

Angela Baker

Angela currently teaches online Meisner Technique and Young Actors classes.

Angela studied the Meisner Technique under Jessica Houde-Morris and continues to take Meisner classes as an advanced student in our in-person classes.
Before Houde school, Angela graduated from BYU with a B.S. in Theatre, English, and Speech Education and a Masters in Theatre Critical Studies with an emphasis in Dramaturgy.


Stephen Bundy

Stephen currently teaches in-person classes at Houde School of Acting; Improv and Monologue Mastery.

Stephen earned his MFA in Acting and has performed at several venues including, touring theatre companies. He recently completed a contract performing as a company actor with the Strasburg Railroad. Stephen currently serves as an adjunct theatre professor and is certified with the SAFD as an actor combatant in eight weapons. He is also AEA eligible.
